We offer flexible scheduling based on the client’s needs—daily, weekly, or multiple times per day. You can choose what works best.
If a call is missed, we will make another attempt shortly after. If we are unable to reach the client, we will follow your preferred protocol—whether that’s notifying a family member or logging the missed call.
Our companions will call at scheduled times to remind the client to take their medications as prescribed. We do not handle or administer medication, but we help ensure consistency and routine.
